Welcome to JOLIER® terms and conditions
By using this website you agree to follow these terms. References to “we”, “our” and “JOLIER” are to Alion Oy. JOLIER have the right to make changes to these terms. All images, designs, graphs and texts of this website are the property of JOLIER and protected by international copyright laws. Duplicating, publishing, changes or distribution of those by any means without our permission is forbidden. Customers must be over 18 years old to order from JOLIER. For representing some entity, customer must have all necessary rights to act in its name.

How to order
1. Select item and click “Add to cart”.
2. In the shopping cart you can make your order, in order to pay – click “Continue to checkout”.
3. Choose are you a new costumer – click “Continue” or if you have an account – sign in.
4. If you are a new customer fill in the registration form with your personal info. Choose if you want an account create password. Click “Continue”.
5. Check your shipping address. Select available shipping method and click “Continue”.
6. Select the available payment method and click “Continue”.
7. Preview your order –shows all the details you have informed and the final prices (see Prices). Please note that you need to click “I agree to terms and conditions” and click “Continue”.
8. Click “Continue to payment”.
9. Select the desired payment method.
10. Fill in your credit card information and click “Accept”. Follow the security instructions. After payment have been made you will automatically return to JOLIER webstore.
11. There you see order confirmation; payment status may be marked as unpaid – since the transfer is under process. Order confirmation is also sent to your email.
12. “Track order” – here you can track your order, payment status and how the delivery is proceeding. Enter your email address and order number from the order confirmation email.

Other order methods – via e-mail with account transfer (tilisiirto) as payment is possible. Please send via email your order request and delivery adress to info@jolier.fi. You will receive order confirmation and payment instructions. Please note only after receiving the payment, order is valued and will be delivered.

Product info
Our products are displayed as accurately as possible, however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s is displaying the color accurately. Products are subject to availability. Delay between placing the order and payment, may change the availability of the product in stock. If ordered item is out of stock we will notify the customer as soon as possible.

Prices
Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include 23% VAT according to Finnish legislation. This applies to orders delivered in the European Union. Orders delivered outside EU are VAT free, “Preview your order” in ordering automatically calculate and show you the right price (VAT 0%) and shipping cost. The displayed item price is the product price, the delivery charges (see Delivery) will be added when ordering. Prices do not include any custom duty charges for delivery outside the EU. Customers ordering outside EU will be responsible for any additional custom charges, duties and brokerage charges. We recommend you to contact your local customs authority and check out the latest applicable requirements before placing an order.

Payment
We accept Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. Verified by Visa and Master Card Secure Code – offers you a safe online shopping.

Please note only after receiving the payment order, it is valued and accepted to be delivered.

If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Alion Ltd. will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

Delivery
We take all responsibility for the product lost or damage during the delivery. In those cases please notify Customer Service immediately. JOLIER is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. Delivery cost is charged per order.

Returns
Customers have right to return ore exchange a product by notifying Customer Service via email within 14 days of delivery, according to Finnish consumer protection legislation. Please inform the reason of return and choose product exchange or refund. We will provide you with returning instructions. The products must be returned as quickly as possible after notifying. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all tags intact for refunding to take place. In case of returns customer is responsible for the delivery damages ore lost. Returns that are lost or damaged in delivery cannot be exchanged ore refund. We do suggest insuring all returned items.

After returned item is received and approved, exchange ore refund bank transfer will be sent immediately. The refund includes cost of the order: product price and delivery charge to the customer. Unfortunately for the returns outside Finland: delivery costs, insurance or any customs duty charges are non-refundable. Delivery is free on the exchange items sent by JOLIER. However customers outside the European Union receiving the exchange item will be liable for any additional customs and duties charges.

Privacy Policy
All personal information provided to us by customers will be used for processing the orders and contacting in case of delivery notifications or problem solving purposes. Your information will not be provided to any third parties or companies outside the JOLIER. Customer is also responsible for keeping her/his registration and payment data secure.

Settlement of Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with laws of Finland. Non-soled though negotiations disputes will be settled at the Helsinki District Court of Finland.
